Booking with a Virgin Voyages Firstmate gets you an expert to make sure you have smooth sailing before your voyage.
Priority Boarding
Head to the terminal as early as 1:45 PM to enjoy Priority Boarding. You'll be able to book all your activities right away, and then chill on your balcony hammock or grab some food at The Dock.
Cabin Selection
When you book on the Virgin Voyages website, you will automatically be assigned a cabin. Don't worry, a Firstmate can move you to whatever you prefer, or make suggestions on the optimal spots.
Dining & Shore Things
No need to stress about dining reseravations and booking Shore Things. Your Firstmate can remind you when these bookings open up and manage them for you.
No Generic Support
No waiting on hold with support, your Firstmate will be able to support your booking up through boarding, and we are available via email, text, and phone. They are experts in all things Virgin Voyages and will be a dedicated resource for you.
